Who are MoneyPlus Legal?

We’re a fully authorised and regulated firm of Solicitors who specialise in bringing about what can often be complicated cases against banks relating to breaches of consumer legislation. Some of the cases will have initially involved Payment Protection Insurance.

Established in 2005 (formerly known as Richardson Mail Solicitors Limited), we’re familiar with all the issues that surround challenging lenders for their failure to disclose high commission levels, known as Plevin claims. Only law firms, not Claims Management Companies, can take Plevin claims to court.

MoneyPlus Legal are specialists in assisting customers reclaiming what is rightfully theirs. Since inception we have specialised in helping people who were in financial difficulty reclaim their dues and today - we still do the same!

Plevin Claim Advisers

Our PPI Claim Advisers are each trained a specific field of expertise are hardworking, dynamic and the heartbeat of our contact centre. They will do their utmost to speak to you at the most convenient time to discuss & understand your situation to progress your PPI claims case. They will ensure you are given the correct advice about each potential claim and start the investigation process by sending you your Welcome Pack

Specialist Case Handlers

Once we have all your paperwork signed and returned one of our Plevin claims specialists will contact your Bank and Creditor to start the complaint process. They will be your point of contact throughout your time with us and be able to answer all of your queries and questions. They will also be the person that calls you to give you the good news should you be offered a refund!
