PPI CLAIMS DEADLINE
29th Aug 2019

What to do if you want to make a Business PPI claim?

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have announced a deadline for making a PPI complaint. The deadline set of the 29 August 2019 applies to both businesses as well as individuals. So if you believe that you have a Business PPI claim, then you have less than two years to submit this complaint otherwise you will miss the opportunity to receive compensation that could be rightfully owed to your business.

For the other business banking claims outlined above, certain time limitations for claiming may apply. These are typically either six years from the date that the financial product was sold, or three years from the date of knowledge of a cause to complain.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW PPI CLAIMS!

The PPI deadline has now passed and we are no longer accepting any new PPI claims.

Please be assured, if you have already enquired about a PPI Claim with Money Management Team Limited we are processing your enquiry and will update you as your claim progresses. If you need an update in the meantime, please contact us.

You can pursue your own claim direct to the firm to obtain a refund. You can do this for yourself at no cost and then use the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) which are both FREE.

£Millions Remain Unclaimed!
